Pharmaceutical Sector

The main activities in this sector are refered to the packaging. The Argirò Group works  as a supplier of machining and qualified assembly of complete modules. Recently also works as a supplier of automatic lines under customer specifications. The attached pictures refers to an example of a pilot line installed in 2006 for the mutiple load of packaging machine.

Four Cartesian robots integrated with a vision device, pick up the components directly from a moving belt conveyor (Conveyor Tracking System). Then they are transferred by a special preformer conveyor near the packaging machine. In this area another pick and place robot loads the supports of the machine with constant adapting to its speed.
